Introduction

In April of 2005 my wife, Joan, and I attended a three-day Instructional Photo Tour (IPT) with Arthur Morris of Birds As Art.

We spent most of our time at North Beach at Fort DeSoto, plus part of one afternoon at the fishing pier. There were great opportunities to photograph shore birds, including a long billed curlew, marbled godwits, wilson's and piping plovers, and mating laughing gulls. All the while we received tips and assistance from Art.

Based on my experience at Fort DeSoto and at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, I certainly would recommend Arthur Morris IPTs! My wife and I learned a lot about bird photography and some good places to bird at Fort DeSoto. Because the weather was so-so for one morning, we also had an excellent lesson on Adobe PhotoShop and Downloader Pro.
